Today was the last day of Support Your Parks Weekend. A lot of club members were out and about! We were able to sneak out today before the snow got too heavy and activate Haskell Swamp WMA (US-11632) to get an activation in. Thanks to John- N1UMJ, Fran, KC1NDQ and Tom- WA1TOM for the contacts. We were also able to make a CW contact with Tom-WA1TOM this morning, and SSB contacts with Jason-N1ZAG and Frank-W1FIC, so great radio day.

Hi Everyone

Team PAWA was on the air for support your parks weekend, winter 2026, above is a list of the members that I
Know of, sorry if I missed anyone, we had an awesome time working the bands making contacts
From the parks and or our ham shacks with

Club members and friends near and far, along with, P2P, QRP, DX, and believe it or not a maritime mobile from Florida
Who W1FIC, Frank was able to put in his log along with a station from England, and that’s only just a few
I know that there were many more contacts made by our club members as we worked from our favorite parks
And those contacts and events like this make awesome stories to share for when we get together

Sending out a Big thank you to all the activators, along with the hunters who support us
For events like this and anytime that we are on the air, enjoying our hobby and most of all just having fun

Whether it is – Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, you will find team PAWA on the air
And the reason for that is – Because we don’t just talk about ham radio, we do it as a team and a team like no other

Thank you, my friends

Talk to you soon

73, Pota On
