POTA Tag Team Activation With Club Members – KC1TLT – Wendy / KB1WCK – Joe
We were able to take advantage of the nice weather this weekend and did two activations. On Saturday, we activated Ames Nowell- K-2416 and today we took a ride to Shawme-Crowell State Forest- K-4697 after watching Bob’s- WC1N video about it. That was a great place and we made some good contacts. Caught Frank-W1FIC in both parks! We both got Jean-F4ILH today! Some good dx including Spain, Canada, Italy, England and Netherlands! All SSB on 10m, then Joe went over to 20m to do some CW hunting.
